2016 "FASHIONISTA DOG IN A CAR" Photo Contest Winner
Rosamaria Faucette of Murrieta has been announced winner of the 2016 Recycled Art & Fashion Show “Fashionista Dog in a Car” contest with an outfit she made that was made with recycled materials. She created a collar poncho and fancy headband made with recycled audio speaker wires and guitar strings, using the crochet technique and jewelry knowledge to work with the guitar string giving both an elegant look as well as being very comfortable. All of her Denim line of apparel for dogs is made with recycled denim fabric.
Faucette has been a Fashion Designer since 1994. Currently a resident of Murrieta after living over 12 years in Sherman Oaks, she has a long history of experience in Peruvian Apparel Co, included 3D Jeans Co, INEXCO Jeans Co and as a fashion designer for Mickey Unlimited franchise in Peru. Starting a family motivated her to create her own design lines and inspired creating Rosangella Designs Fashion Apparel, with lines as Freestyle Apparel, Dance costume, kids Golf and Tennis, as well as mother & daughter swimsuit collections. As an avid animal lover, she was also inspired to create a line of Dog apparel design, named Cani by Rosamaria Faucette, the Cani line of designs consists of scarves, dresses, sweaters, harness, collars and other accessories.
